honestly what are we in college for? to learn further criteria into what we want to become right? to equip mold and shape ourselves into becoming a successful human beings in the field we want to pursue? I think that's bullshit. From experience, college is like summer school reteaching things you already know. When friends I have vent to me about college good grades, I tend to ignore them. College was my plan b. Many students only care about grades and not learning. Unfortunately, with the emphasis we’ve put on “education” the only thing they come away with is a piece of paper. It doesn’t make them any more qualified to do anything that someone without that piece of paper. So when I look at professors with there so called "doctorate's" I sit and wonder was this really how you planned your future being? I don't plan to devote my life too an educated system, to get a degree pay back loans so I can slave for someone else.I'm not saying don't apply to school, I'm just saying don't rely on school.
